Given the current poor condition of Nepal, now more than ever, we need to build a stronger manpower that can continue to offer support to our country. One of the key elements in NESAJ is resilience, with that, I have no doubt we will continue to make progress. Together, we have the opportunity to build an even stronger organization by capitalizing on our past activities and recognizing the opportunities that are before us. I have been privileged to serve on this organization since 2008. It has been a pleasure to get involved in the public and witness how much this organization has grown and prospered in such a short time. Before I look at the year ahead of us, I want to first take this opportunity to thank the past executive members who were previously served NESAJ. Likewise, NESAJ has been organizing NESAJ Knowledge Transfer Symposium every year in different regions of Japan. Our focus on organizing symposium is on how our research experiences can be helpful in creating a prosperous, peaceful and developed Nepal. Some other NESAJ programs are NESAJ day, Essay Competition, publishing NESAJ Patra, cultural exchange program with Japanese.
